Thematic Programmes
A key activity of The New Zealand Institute of Mathematics and its Applications
(NZIMA) is the organisation
of 6-monthly programmes on themes drawn from a range
of fields of significant interest. These programmes include:
participation by overseas experts and mathematical scientists in NZ
associated workshops held at various locations around New Zealand
postdoctoral fellowships in the theme areas
postgraduate research scholarships in the theme area.
